“My years on Wall Street exposed me to the industry's pervasive opacity,” says founder, Ari Rastegar, “and it is that experience that has shaped my commitment to doing things differently. As a result, here at Rastegar, transparency for our investors is a top priority.”
We use a third party fund administrator that handles all of the reporting so that it is very easy for our clients to access their data rooms, to see their quarterly reports, to be able to access their legal documents and a slew of other things that help them better understand not only their investments, but the way that the investments are actually culminating in the way they are actually going.
By empowering our investors with clear, accessible data and reporting, we enable them to better understand their investments and how they are performing. This transparency is the bedrock of trust, and it is what allows us to build long-term relationships with our investors.

Respect
At Rastegar Capital, respect is a core value that starts with self-respect and extends to respecting others. We believe that our staff, vendors, and contractors should first and foremost honor their own work.
Respecting others also means being open to differing opinions. We do not need to always be right, but we do want to arrive at the best answer.
