Inf1nity Square

Inf1nity Square is a flagship example of our community impact real estate development approach. Located just 21 miles south of Austin in Kyle, Texas, this 318-acre mixed-use project includes thoughtfully designed single-family homes, modern apartments, retail and commercial space, green areas, and a new elementary school. Every element is planned to support the long-term needs of a growing Central Texas community.

Education & The Community Impact in Real Estate Development

As part of our dedication to community impact and education, Rastegar Capital donated 11 acres of land to the Hays Consolidated Independent School District (Hays CISD). This land will be the future home of Lamont Ramage Elementary School, currently under construction and set to open in Fall 2025.

This partnership reflects our belief that sustainable development begins with investing in the next generation. By providing space for a neighborhood school within Inf1nity Square, we’re helping create a walkable, family-oriented environment that supports both growth and connection.

Phase 1 of Inf1nity Square, which includes over 100 single-family lots, is currently underway with infrastructure improvements such as Grist Mill Road scheduled for completion in 2025. Our goal is to ensure every aspect of the community is thoughtfully developed, from roads and schools to parks and businesses.
