New Elementary School Kyle Project May Bring More Homes
A new 318-acre mixed-use development in Kyle, Texas, will feature housing, retail, an elementary school, parks, and a community center, aiming to foster "futuristic suburbanism" and strengthen community ties.

KYLE, Texas — Another major development could be coming, according to a report from Community Impact. Representatives for Rastegar Property Management and Lionheart Places LLC presented their plans and renderings to the Kyle City Council on Sept. 21.
The 318-acre development would be located north of Waterleaf Park at 700 and 800 Bunton Lane. Hunter Floyd, the director of design and development for Rastegar, said the company purchased the plot there in 2019 and has been working slowly to ensure the development is well-planned.
