Developers of the massive Bryson master-planned community in Leander are set to release more than 400 lots to builders this year, the first 90 of were handed over last week.
The 520-acre community is being developed by Houston-based Johnson Development Corp., which bought Bryson from Crescent Communities in 2019. Builders in the new section include Chesmar Homes, Lennar and Perry Homes. Home sales will begin immediately, as demand for new homes pushes more buyers to lock in contracts well before homes are completed.
